PLAY Innovations: At Childs/Play, we are always looking to the future,constantly
striving to develop new products and improve on basic designs.
Childs Play introduced the white melamine backs on storage units,
and developed the concept of incorporating colored melamine with wood to
create a new brighter look that was not only stronger, but lighter in weight
than regular melamine units.
Childs Play Service: All of our quality and innovations mean very
little to a customer if they cannot get their merchandise on time. That's
why we try to have the best delivery time in the industry. In the unlikely
event something does go wrong with an order, once we are notified, we will
solve the problem as fast as possible.
Childs Play understands that not having your equipment is the one thing

PLAY is committed to offering the school industry the best products
available on the market. To insure that our products withstand many years
of rugged use, we use only 11-ply hardwood plywood for our cabinets.
On our colored melamine, only MDF board is used; not particle board. Heavy
duty 2” and 2 1/2” casters are used. Indented and Recessed backs
are made of either 1/4” white melamine, blue board, or pegboard . Our solid
wood pieces are constructed from select hard maple and birch. Full 270
degree Piano Hinges on all kitchen units to help eliminate pinch points.
Dadoes and Rabbet Joints are on units for added strength. Adjustable
units use 4 durable shelf supports per shelf. Two Coats of Tough, Environmentally
Safe, Water Base Clear Finish. Units are 15” Deep for added stability,
Glue and Screws. |

PLAY Shipping. All shipments from Childs/Play are sent to our customers
via United Parcel Service (UPS) or one of the many common carriers such
as Roadway, Central Freight, Southeastern and numerous regional carriers.
It is Childs Play’s policy to ship all merchandise the least expensive way
possible to its final destination, unless we are instructed to use a specified
freight company. Products are shipped FOB from one of these locations: Dallas,
TX., Sturgis, SD. If merchandise needs to be returned, (after receiving
return authorization), it must be returned via the same carrier that first
delivered the merchandise, unless instructed by Childs/Play to use a different
carrier. This will help to expedite freight claims and speed up replacement

PLAY Guarantees Satisfaction: Childs Play policy requires customer satisfaction
for every product we sell. Should you discover any manufacturer’s defect
due to materials or workmanship during the first year, Childs/Play will
replace the product at no charge, after which our extended lifetime warranty
will replace any defective parts to the original purchaser. For answers
to any questions or help with a problem, please call our customer service
department at 800-447-8375. In fairness to all our valued customers, Childs/Play’s
guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or mistreatment
of our products.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Customer must receive return authorization.
Concelled Freight damage MUST BE
REPORTED within 24 HRS of RECEIPT of SHIPMENT.
2. Product must be returned freight prepaid, (Freight collect items will
be refused).
3. UPS shipments must be returned via manufactures call tag. UPS charges
will be billed to customer.
4. Manufacturer, at it’s sole discretion, will repair or replace any warranted
item.
5. Warranted item will be returned freight prepaid to customer.
6. Guarantee excludes misuse, abuse, or accidental damage not due to material
or workmanship. |
